I always return for the exceptional service and comfort. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with a room issue late at night. It's ideal for me with Wi-Fi, airport shuttle, fitness centre, and more. I'll be back for my holiday.

I chose Best Western for its convenient location near the event I wanted to attend. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the free shuttle service to the airport and the nice lounge, bar, and à la carte restaurant.

Shuttle delays and unclean room.

Had a good time. We had deluxe room, hotel was fairly clean, check-in was good. Loved our rooms where air conditioning does n't work👍

The best thing about my stay was the convenient free shuttle service to and from the airport, making it easy to catch my flight. The room was clean and had basic amenities like a kettle and hairdryer.

Cool staff, unbeatable location and warm rooms. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and adequate, really enjoyed its service. Quick check-in was a bonus. Besides, the parking was on site. My stay here was fantastic.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient free shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes. The swimming pool was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring, and having a McDonald's nearby was a plus. The room itself was quiet and had a cool KLM plane on the wall, which added a unique touch. The bathroom was nice and everything was in working order. We also appreciated the fridge in the room, as well as the complimentary water and tea provided.

Nevertheless, there were a few positive aspects of this hotel. the convenience of the airport shuttle was a major plus, making it easy to travel back and forth from the airport. the room itself was clean and modern, with multiple lighting options. the fact that the restaurant stayed open until 11pm was also a nice bonus. these positive aspects were overshadowed by the numerous negatives and lack of attention to detail from the staff.

We arrived at the airport, dropped off our rental car, and hopped on the large shuttle bus to the hotel. Checking in was a breeze, and we were pleased to find a bar and restaurant onsite. the breakfast was delicious, and the spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for a pleasant stay. the following morning, we caught our early flight with ease, thanks to the convenient shuttle bus. it was a great experience.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Hoofddorp for one night before my early flight. The half hourly shuttle bus to the airport was a huge convenience, and it was an actual bus, not just a small van. The room had a refrigerator, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was located in a quiet area, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even had delicious cakes and sweets at the reception. it was a comfortable, well-priced stay in an ideal location for visiting Keukenhof.

The bright-orange shuttle bus at the airport was a life-saver! After a long flight, it felt like finding an oasis in the desert. The cheerful driver welcomed us and the bus was comfy, like a cloud after walking on hot sand.
